Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Whimsy Studio, we aim to deliver high-quality digital services. Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are handled as follows:

Cancellations

  • Orders canceled before work begins are eligible for a full refund.

  • Orders canceled after work has started are eligible for a partial refund based on the amount of work completed.

  • Orders canceled after final artwork delivery are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to:
    whimsystudios@gmail.com

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • formatting services

  • Work that has already been approved or delivered

Disputes

If you are unhappy with the service, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback.
