Services

Whimsy Studio provides digital services including children’s book illustration, book cover design, book formatting, and related creative services.

Orders and Payments

• All prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise.

• A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins.

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

• Work will begin only after payment is confirmed.

Revisions

• Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as agreed before starting.

• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Intellectual Property

• All artwork remains the property of Whimsy Studio until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to use the final artwork for their intended purpose.

• Whimsy Studio reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Project Timelines

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and client feedback speed.

• Delays caused by late client responses are not the responsibility of Whimsy Studio.

Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled before work begins for a full refund.

• If work has already started, refunds will be subject to the Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Whimsy Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
